I have a 2008 Yukon xl. Wondering what some of the best engine mods are. Looking for better performance and towing power.

Mods will depend on your wallet, but if you wanted a staged approach:

One:
-intake
-exhaust
-tune

Two:
-cam
-headers
-gears/TC

Three:
-FI
-transmission
-spray

You'd recommend can before headers?

No, just in that stage. You can do these mods in whatever order you want really, but while you are elbow deep with the cam, might as well get the headers done too.

It'll be about the same for yours as well. I do suggest searching some throughout this forum though. There is a lot of information already out there and a lot of good reading.
