I'm going for a budget build and interested in lifting my Suburban 4 inches to run 33's on the stock wheels. The truck is used more for traveling and grocery getting than a bunch of off roading. I've been looking at the Zone combo lift - 2 inch level/2 inch body lift with Bilstein 5100's.

Has anyone run this? Appreciate any thoughts.

Do you need a lift for 33’s on the K2? Have you checked the tire size calculator to see how much bigger they are than stock? The lifted guys will chime in.

All the research I've done seems like you need quite a bit of trimming to run a 33x12.5....its not so much the height of the tire (32.8/.9) but the width (12.4/.5). I'm considering doing something like the CCM 2.5 to run a 305/60/18 but I just really like the looks of a 4 inch lift and 33's on a Burb.

Have you decided yet? I'm currently running just the CCM 2.5 leveling kit and happy with it, but am seriously considering the Zone 2" BL. When I need tires, which won't be too long, I'm stepping up to a 285/70/17 for now until new rims come, then it will be 18's. My last truck, 04 Z-71, had a PA 3" BL and the BDS 6.5" highlift kit. Not the perfect combo for a daily driver as my Yukon is now.

@Hoganator I am running between 3-4 inches of suspension lift. If you end up going past 2.5 inches of suspension lift you will want lifted upper control arms and an adjustable rear track bar.
