So the other day my wife was backing the Tahoe out of the driveway. She said it started stumbling/hesitating. She shut off the engine and restarted it hoping this would reset whatever was going on. But no, she felt like the truck was going to stall as she rounded the first turn out of our neighborhood. Then the Check Engine light turned on. Off to the dealer. For about a month before this, it felt like the transmission was having issues. Felt like rough downshifts when braking to a stop. Once it felt like I got rear-ended.

The dealer pulled 3 codes: U1862, P2BB, and P061B.

After a few days at the dealer, the service representative said they found a service bulletin that said to "reprogram the vehicle". The work order says "P1P4686D".

It's been about 4 days so far and everything seems to be fine.

Will keep you posted.
