    Passenger side brake light

Buy the exact same ones and return the broken ones. They should last longer than that.

    Drivers upper/lumbar heater connection

What year Escalade are we talking about? Assuming it’s 11-14 as earlier trucks front seats are heated / cooled by fans with warmed air from the Thermoelectric (Peltier) device.

    High pitched scraping while driving

If this is your first big GM truck that would be the brake pad wear indicators. Referring to the other set of brakes you haven’t changed yet. GM’s design is a little different but this illustration better explains what may be going on.

    Service suspension light still on

Why don’t the sellers of these bypass z95/z55 kits put that info in with the parts or kit? Just not cool to put all the omis on the poor buyer who’s already stretched on their budget?

    Service suspension light still on

You are not the only one. The supposed fix using resistors to shut down DTC and hide them could almost have enuf content to start its own forum. Meanwhile, the great guys selling all the fix it, bypass your suspension kits are banking off your hard earned bucks vs fixing it once with guaranteed...

Is it possible to keep truck too long?

With 60, 80, 100, $150k automobiles that were previously 40-$60k, the day of the RestoMod is center stage. You’ve really gotta ask yourself, $150k on a Escalade V or $100k on a 600hp Gen IV or V 6.6L DuraMax + Allison Burb or Esky or YXL.

    Passenger side brake light

If they were inexpensive it’s time to replace it. Unfortunately you’ll have to buy the set (again). Moisture has probably contaminated the ICB that controls the brake light portion

Arnott Passive vs. Active Mageneride Replacement: Am I understanding tradeoffs correctly?

The majority of suspension as well as service issues ultimately related to aftermarket suspension installs are all over the fence you’re looking at right now. Questions like … * Why doesn’t my truck go faster than 88 mph? * My truck rides like ship. * Service suspension light on, Why? *...

Which brand of struts do you recommend for 2015 Yukon with Magneride?

Unfortunately options for 15-20 MagRide struts do not have any options. Arnott was the other go to but they dropped their lifetime warranty. No need to replace the springs yet. Get the MagRide strut inserts and have a shop install them or bring them to a shop with the entire strut assembly and...

    SPEED LIMITED TO 88 M/H

How do the clowns that offer all the money saving products of deleting z95 or z55 manage to leave out all these known issues when they’re advertised? Almost a third of the posts in some of these forums is a long series of questions that ultimately comes back to …. “yea, I did add the uguha...

Aluminum / XFE NNBS Front Suspension Rebuild

One down, two to go. The Esky goes in next for its aluminum suspension. The s10 got its conversion with the rear discs supplied by the rears from an ‘82 Caddy Seville. Yea, bustle back disc brakes baby. It’s a 200% improvement over the OE drums. The Indy rebuilt the leaf springs, installed...

Thinking about buying a used 13' Cadillac

Clear coat exploding means walk. Dealt w/ that on our 08 YXL Denali. Black paint was super thin. $750 to repaint the hood, $1.2k to repaint & blend the roof 1/3 of the way down. The cure was selling the 08 and buying an 09 for $1.2k more with GM tricoat paint. 4 years later, no regrets.

Thinking about buying a used 13' Cadillac

Service suspension is likely why he’s selling it. Give him a call and remind him the dealer has quoted $500+ for each z95, $300 for a new suspension control module, $500 for a new compressor. Tell him the dealer will charge $2k in labor to diagnose & install. Remind him that’s probably just the...
