I know I know, another misfire thread... Truck definitely has a #4 cylinder misfire. The plug is fouled up pretty bad, has also been burning a good deal of oil. Seems to me it's definitely bad valve seals. I don't think the cylinder is bad because the truck has been running well up until the misfire code but I guess I should do a compression test to rule it out. Truck has 116k miles and has been great until now. I know there are other threads about this but I couldn't really find any info that was quite like my scenario. Any thoughts or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
