Unknown wire

This is my first Gen 4 Tahoe, just totaled my 2011 a week ago. Buying this 2016 Z71. I know there are going to be some issues and I am hoping this group will be as helpful as other groups I’m in.

First thing I have found is this. It is connected under the dash and appears to be connected to or very near the OBD port. Anyone have any ideas?

it is a gps tracker, did you buy it with a loan? if so you might be required to keep that in there until it is payed off
it is a Spireon to be more specific
