I use batterycablesusa.com a lot. They are reasonable with high quality USA made wire and fast shipping. You can design any cable with any ends on their site. Excellent crimps with good heat shrink tubing.

If you have a choice, I would definitely go with pure copper.

I use copper welding cable. Flexible, available by the foot, and easy to alder crimped connectors.

wait. will they make cable to your spec. crimp whatever ends you want, heat shrink and send them to you?

if so that's brilliant for the guys that don't do wiring stuff and just need a few replacement ground cables here and there. maybe a upgraded alt wire with a different terminal than stock.
