2023 Tahoe RST 6.2L with 33,000 miles. Regular oil changes at the dealer. Started hearing a squeaking noise. Then a rattle. Finally today I was driving and it was bucking and squeaking. I pulled off and the engine idled for 20 seconds before it shut down. I restarted it and it sounded like i had marbles in the motor. Had it towed to the dealer. Another forum member posted the recall notice for 2023 motor replacement. I read that recall notice and it sounds like GM is serious about these issues and is replacing engine on the 2023. It sucks to be without vehicle but you shouldn’t have any problems with dealership fixing your truck asap. Good luck with your new motor!
