I have a 2009 Tahoe LT with a 2 inch leveling kit on the front. This tahoe has about 240k miles and only has a couple issues. One of the issues is that when I hit a pothole with my front driverside wheel I hear a loud rattling banging noise but I do not feel it in my steering or my brakes. If I press the brakes the noise foes away faster. It only lasts a few seconds and is only really noticeable right after I start driving. After driving 5-10 min I don't hear it when hitting a bump. I hope someone else has experienced this and can shine some light on what the problem is. Thank you

if it does not do it when the brakes are applied that's probably a clue to check your brakes, if one of the clips is loose or missing that's all it takes or as mentioned something could be bent a tad and hitting on whatever.
if it's not the brakes get under there with a rubber mallet and start smacking things until you find it
I would use ramps so the suspension is loaded while doing so

Thanks for all the suggestions. I will try these in the morning. It sounds like the backing plate for the brakes is vibrating. I've had it in 2 different shops and they can't find it.

Ok so I've looked and can't pinpoint this sound. I was able to get the sound recorded. Now it feels like it's dragging but everything is clear underneath.

If stuff is dragging, that would explain why it goes away in a few minutes of driving. Everything expands and heats up, locking the pads in place. In with @Doubeleive in that you have some brake pad anti-rattle clips/mounting hardware that are missing or worn.

Probably worth a test drive with a number of normal stops. Then jack up the front right away and spin both tires. Or do this as an A-B-A comparison (cold first, hot second, cold again) to see if you have a dragging caliper, bad hose, stuck pads, etc.

I found the drag... Rear pads and worn way down so sat I am replacing them. Should correct the issue. May replace brake hoses while I'm there

Found this today. The strut mount plate on my drivers side is rusted through. The shock housing inside the strut is rusted through. Strut replacement looks to be on the agenda for Saturday.
