My steering seems really hard to turn but only when I'm parked. It's almost like something in binding, but it doesn't do it when I'm moving. I have all new tie rods, idler, and pitman, the ball joints are freely moving, and there is no leaks in the system that I can see. Just about to replace everything and hope for the best.

Rack & pinion or steering gear? There could be an issue inside you gear if you have one.

its got a steering gear box (4WD) I was leaning towards that since its original and has 220k on it

I have not replaced the center link yet. It doesn't appear to have any damage or bends. Is it something I should be looking into replacing?

Personally I would have replaced with the other components but I wouldn't now since you have it all back together, I was asking because it can be put in backwards unlike older vehicles which only went in one way. If it is put in backwards it can cause issues.

I need opinions--Driving home from work last night, while stopped at a light my brake pedal slowly went down lower then it should've. Driving it progressively got worse. I changed the master cylinder 2 years ago this month. Changed using an AC Delco part. Do you guys think it sound like the mc again? There's no leaks coming from anywhere, although the mc is a tad low on fluid? My question is could it be the booster instead of the mc? How to differentiate between the 2? TIA.

Check and see if it looks wet between the master cylinder and booster. The rear seal could be worn out and leaking. Also check power steering fluid condition to see if it looks contaminated.
