New to forum. Can’t really find what I’m having trouble with searching here. So here goes.

Bought a non running ppv 2013 Tahoe, reasonably good condition. Here’s my issue.

The truck will not crank. Turn the key, nothing from starter.

Here’s what I’ve done:
New battery. Everything works as it should so far, only no crank. Pulled code pO316

Stored in ecu are dozens of other codes mostly all with sensor failure, tps, coolant, map etc. but recent code only the pO316. Replaced crank sensor against my better judgement and same issue. tested the starter on the truck with a jumper wire and it cranks the engine fine. I’ve checked/cleaned all grounds. No security light, I do not think vats is triggered. Tcm no codes. Neutral safety is in park position in scanner. While cranking, my manual gauge reads 70psi fuel pressure. No fire from coils. All fuses are good and installed. I’ve visually inspected the main harness, it looks ok and all connectors seem fine. Any suggestions on where to go next are appreciated.

Also, for any detectives here I found this report from I’m assuming when the trouble started with the Tahoe.

As far as fuel pressure i read it after cranking. Within 3 seconds, from my head under the wheel well to looking up. And no, the relay does not appear to be activating. Only 1 of the 4 prongs have 12v I’m assuming another is the neg trigger. Neither of the other two are 12v pos or neg but I can’t check during cranking without help. Which I hope to have soon.

Actually let me edit. The 70psi could have been from key cycling so much. I’ll confirm that also

Your fuel pressure is probably unrelated to the cranking of the engine as you have an electric fuel pump in the fuel tank that will pressure the fuel system when the key is put in the run position.

Might be worth swapping the starter relay with another one to see if you just have a bad relay.

I have tried a few. And tested each one prior to installing. I think the issue is before the relay. I really need a complete wiring schematic

I’ve tried both positions but looking at the diagram on it shows the coil solid to be triggered then the switch side
