I have a 2017 Tahoe LT RWD with 265/65/R18 tires. I also have a 2022 Silverado 1500 LT with 275/60/R20 tires. I planning on getting new wheels and tires for the Silverado and was wondering if the wheels and tires of the Silverado would fit the Tahoe without any modifications to the stock suspension. Or if there is a better solution, like just putting A/T tires on the Tahoe for example.

It should be a direct swap for you. The 275/60s are a almost 1.5" taller overall so your speedo will read slightly low but it should be something like at 20mph you're actually close to 21mph and at 70 your speedo will read 70 but you'll actually be doing roughly 73. Easy to verify behavior with your phone and/or some GPS.

Are TPMS the same? I'm not sure but I'm sure someone else will chime in I am sure.

Sounds good, and yes, my next question was going to be about the TPMS. I have been searching to see if the one's use on my 2022 Silverado is compatible with my 2017 Tahoe, but so far, I have not found a clear answer to that.
