Hi All, I just replaced the front suspension (Arnott air suspension) as well as polyurethane bushings. The Tahoe rides great, however, it creaks whenever I come to a stop or take off. It also squeaks constantly when driving over bumpy roads. Interestingly, two weeks have gone by and the sounds are not as bad, but they are still there. Is this a break in process or should I have it inspected? 2013 Tahoe LTZ 80K miles
Thanks for any advice.

According to the mechanic they did.
Poly bushings squeak and squeal. Did you apply any lube to them during installation?
According to the mechanic they did. I'm considering taking it to a new place for a new set of eyes but after spending so much on the new suspension, I was giving it some time. You have a similar setup (2in level kit and tires), do you have a quiet ride? Rubber bushings?

The noise could be part of the break-in process for the polyurethane bushings and air suspension, but ensuring proper lubrication and installation is key. Inspect the bushings, suspension torque, and components for tightness and alignment. If the noise persists after another couple of weeks, consider having it professionally inspected.

It all depends on what and where the poly bushes were used.

You may have to pull a part for proof of lube and take back for more or a better bet have another shop eye it and redo it. Make 1st shop pay for 2nd shops work with a credit card dispute.
