I am not proud to say that I dropped an air cleaner housing cover bolt into my engine bay.
I heard it click and stay put, not making it to the floor.
Chased every nook and cranny (except the one it landed in) with a magnet, blew air everywhere and I cannot get it back.
Anyone have a the part number for this thing?
I can't seem to come up with one at any of the parts sites and have seen a few variations.
Thanks.

you are fretting over a non-critical part, take one of the other ones with you to the hardware store and find one that matches it.
save yourself a whole bunch of hassle.
in a effort to perhaps find the one that dropped drive forward a few feet and slam on the brakes, then go look where you drove/braked

Dealer parts counter has produced two bolts that are not the same.
Dealer parts counter showed me one with a torx head, while the other 3 have a phillips/hex combo.
I'd rather not have to change bits when getting at the air filter.

thanks for the responses so far.

Buddy, the only chill that is in order is your triggered reaction to this topic. Relax, it's an internet forum for exchanging information.
