JD Power distinguishes between 'initial quality' and 'overall quality', or something like that.
Lots of people buy things on initial appeal, that they'd never buy again,
because they have owned it long enough to watch the initial quality warp and fade.
I owned WeatherTech mats in my 95 Caprice.
Based on how they aged, I'll switch to Husky, once I decide which ones.

Me too. Same issue. My older W-techs did not do this.

I ordered my WT liners - 3 rows and the back storage area - days after coming home with my 17 Burb. Curling where the doors close in the 2nmd row is my only issue. Otherwise they are kick ass.

I've designed & had 6 personal homes built in the last 40 years with me doing some of the work. I've fired subcontractors for subpar work. You have to go to the buildsite daily.

Yup... I was a 'stand-in' on a hill top site as the superintendent. Built the final 3 homes. I had to baby sit the contractors. Kept them from being lazy. It's the last 5% of their work that makes the difference. And, don't leave their mess for the other trades to clean up, ahead of the next trades work.

I hit mine with a heat gun last cleaning and it worked for a while. Gonna try a couple Velcro strips on the problem area next time I clean them and get a chance to shape again.

Attaching a velcro strip, onto plastic or rubber, may not hold for long. I added a couple rivets to the velcro strip, on rubber to hold it in place.
