I'm just really disappointed lately with RA... Stuff showing up wrong/damaged/
mis labeled, etc.... Seems to be a recent (last few months) issue. Or maybe
I'm just the unlucky one!!!

I sent another email as the phone number is not getting me anywhere. Their
response to my first email was kinda a form letter saying my return rate was high...
Well OF COURSE it is lately... As I've been getting wrong/defective/damaged merch
in !! The whole point of my letter to start with....

Maybe their system changed... IDK... but the benefit of using them is diminishing for me
