Extremely frustrated with my brand new AT4 Ultimate rear-seat entertainment system (which I understand to be same across 2025 Tahoe/Suburban/Yukon line) as we bought this for road trips and have already had one trip with no streaming.

While HDMI inputs work, the Youtube, Hulu, and Web browser apps all say "You can only watch this content with an active in-vehicle streaming video subscription. Contact an OnStar Advisor to subscribe." Unfortunately however I am already subscribed to all packages with unlimited data.

The OnStar advisor was not any help. Supposedly they've escalated it and I'll get a call back from someone else in 5 business days.

We have:
- signed in/out of all accounts (MyGMC, Google)
- reset infotainment data
- created an alternative profile (duplicating all the sign-in steps)
- accepted all terms and conditions
- enabled location services
- factory reset the rear screens (I don't think this could have helped because the error message originates from the Entertainment Hub app which runs on the main display)

I have read https://www.chevrolet.com/support/vehicle/entertainment/displays-radio/stream-content-from-vehicle which just seems to indicate that terms & conditions need to be accepted.

Has anyone else experienced this? I am at my wit's end, and given the technological nature of the error I doubt that taking it in to the dealer would be helpful.

Disconnect the negative battery cable for 2 minutes, then ask onstar to resend / reset the cellular data

I’m in the same boat 23 ultimate Yukon xl I’ve spent probably 50 hours on this issue. Apps say turn on location services on back screens with no solution. Do you have an update for yourself?

Im going through the exact same issue with my 2025 Tahoe High Country. Now the latest is my in vehicle WiFi isnt broadcasting. All the settings on the WiFi head unit page are greyed out so you cant turn on anything so no streaming. I have had an open case with OnStar Technical Support for two weeks now.

I'm going to try the battery disconnect next as soon as it stops raining.

Do you still have an active data plan for your ride?

While I get this is frustrating...best to take it to the dealer, and tell them to make it work.

It’s a easy issue but you won’t like the answer..
1) have onstar send a reset
2) restart (hold hangup button down 15-20 seconds, toll informant goes dark)
Still not working?
3) reset entire informant (there are a bunch if choices but you have to do the radical wipe)

Should now be fixed but you will need another 1/2 hr to rest everything
