On my 2007 Yukon denali, I am replacing the front strut shock absorbers.
My question: Can I reuse everything I take off when replacing the worn shock? Like the Coil Spring; Strut Mount; Coil spring insulator; etc.
Or do I have to buy all new components as well.
Truck has 99,000 miles on it...
Hey Ben.
Thanks for the reply. SO you like the Arnotts/ Bilstein setup on all 4 corners better than the stock configuration, correct?
Just wondering if you could give me a little insight as to why?
I'm leaning towards the Arnotts air shocks to replace my rears so I can keep the self-leveling...
Okay.... Replacing all 4 shocks on the 07 denali AWD.
People that have done this before, what is the best option: Replace factory OEM with new OEM, or go Arnott/ blistein that keep the air leveling in rear with new passive shocks in front?
Cost aside... I know the oem are more $$$$, but are...
The transmission fluid doesn't look too bad right now (97,000 mi). It's a little dark but not real bad.
The manual said to change it at 100,000 and earlier if under severe conditions, which my vehicle was not.
What you mentioned about the friction material being cleaned off the clutch...
Have my 07 denali at 97,000 miles.
At 100,000 miles I was planning on having the dealer change the plugs.
I already changed all for shocks/ struts....
What about the transmission fluid & filter? The dealer says to change it but all my buddies who work on cars and have high mileage vehicles...
A quick question.....
I have a 2007 yukon denali.... Is my center console lid coverd with tan vinyl or tan leather from the factory?
I have a tear in it and want to recover it but want to use similar material to stock......
Thoughts?

Can someone please tell me if this is the correct 3m adhesive tape I need to reinstall my exterior door moldings on my denali? 3m has 03615 & 03616 listed.
I wanted to use the same stuff the factory does so it will not come off anytime soon. Most of the molding pieces from the factory had...
Yes. The Arnotts will work on my vehicle. Nothing against them, I just wanted to stay stock. I know I'll pay a bit more..... If I can ever find the right part #s for these shocks and struts. Well, I have the original #s, but I can't find stock replacements with the numbers I gave above...
My Denali came with 20" wheels stock..... Yeah, I knew the air shocks were expensive..... I have the part numbers off the old shocks/ struts, just can't find them anywhere....... I just want the same OEM factory Delphi replacements.....
Hey all.
Could use a little help... I have a 2007 Yukon Denali with 90,000 miles. Was thinking of replacing the shocks and struts. Still have factory ones on her. I was going to do the rears first then wait a few months and do the fronts. Some help please....
1.)I can't find my rear...
Hello...
I have a 2007 yukon denali and have been driving around with the check engine light on for almost 8 months now...... I pulled the code about 6 months ago and got the old P0449..... Well I knew it was most likely the vent solenoid and decided to just keep driving it until I had time...
I have a 2007 yukon denali.... While changing the oil I noticed a leak on the front right axle...... looks like there is a leak where the output shaft on the front differentia bolts up to the axle assembly......
My question..... Would this be covered under the 5 year powertrain warranty...
Does anyone have a link that shows the front axle right or left wheel... doesn't matter...... I have a leak in one of the seals on the front right axle.... and I'd like to know what the particular part and point the leak is originating from so I can tell the dealer.........
Please help
Thanks
