    Had the fiance drive it about 10 feet in 2hi and 4hi. Front drive spun in 4hi and not in 2hi. So problem must be the acuator again right? There isnt anything in the t-case that would cause the drive shaft not to turn under stress right? I assume its all or nothing with the t-case.

    Got my exhaust done again. Got rid of both the cats and did straight 2.5 pipes all the way back with 4x18 tips. That was too loud so I had him put an H pipe in and now im satisfied! The rumble it has during idle makes me wet myself :naughty:

    I didnt know they made them without the wiper motor. And yeah you hit it right on the money, it just does not press against the glass hard enough to do anything. Im going to go to the hardware store tomorrow and hopefully get lucky enough to find a hard plastic or rubber gromet/plug/cap thing...

    1996 tahoe with 6"RCX Lift and a 3" body lift sitting on my baby 33/12.5/r15s. My rims are 15x10 with an extreme offset haha. My stock keys are at stock height. Last pic was before I cleaned the mud off the frame.

    Blew out another cv shaft while I was wheeling this weekend. Cant wait for the day that I have a solid axle underneath there and dont have to worry about these weak IFS parts.
