Very easy to pull front differential out. Remove drive shafts inner end(6 bolts/side) and move them off the way. Remove front drive shaft between front differential and and transfer case. Pull the front axle actuator connector of and take the wiring out of the way.

I have the same problem in my tahoe, but now that the actuator is stuck in cold -position, I haven't got any intrest to fix it, maybe when it's gettin colder and I need to get some hot air into the truck.
Cleaned the throttle body and was amazed how big difference it made! Throttle is not sticking anymore and it's much smoother on light throttle acceleration now

I just can't understand why GM used leatherette on the sides of seat trims instead of leather, after 5 years the seat looks like a donkey have raped it...
