In your "service engine soon" light on? Were the valves in the valve body checked for movement when the pan was off? Any black clutch material on the bottom of the pan?- Nickn

1996 yukon transmission swap
The input shaft diameters may be different between 1993-1997 and 1998+ so compare the input shafts between the two units. Otherwise the case internals, valve bodies and electronics are the same. You may just need to transition to a 98+ torque converter due to the different input shaft diameters...- Nickn

Stock Oil Pump vs SLP Ported
I have to replace my 2003 Tahoe's oil pump. Debating going with an SLP ported unit as they claim better oil flow,etc.. Tahoe is completely stock and has about 189k on it. Is the SLP worth the extra cost?- Nickn

Odd Coolant Leak
Could be the rear of the water pump or one of the two hoses that connect to the underside of the throttle body. What to upgrade at 160K?
