I don't know the p/n, but you see them on eBay all the time. You should be able to pick one up there pretty cheap.

What MPG are the 6.2 guys seeing on the 09's?

I get 12 in town. I haven't gotten a chance for a true highway mileage check yet, but with a couple mostely highway drives I got 17.

    Leveled Yukon's

I've decided the same thing. Unfortunatly, my tires are pretty fresh. The look I'm going for is exactly like that picture you posted. For the price, I'm thinking about going with that Rancho kit on the bottom from the link I posted. By the time I need new tires, struts will be a good idea too.

If you use spacers, you retain the factory ride. Why would coils ride better than spacers?

Volant Super Tips not so super

Yep, sounds like you got the tip for a 6.2. The exhaust pipe is a different diameter from the 5.3 to the 6.2. I installed mine the other day without a problem. Though I was disappointed about no instructions. They could tell you how far to measure from the back of the resonator to make the cut.

    Power programmers???

Which is why I'm waiting for Justing to get the hand held. I can't wait!! Unless you have a Chicago area tune day, then I'm in. :D

    Denali Hitch Cover

I got one off eBay for $50, then had to pay $75 to get it painted. I'm going to drill a couple small holes in the bottom by the factory fasteners and either use small nuts and bolts, or zip ties to make sure it doesn't fall off again.

    Which would YOU pick

I like the white. There are tons of black ones.

    Power programmers???

I know what a tune does. I have a Denali, and Justin (Black Bear) told me he couldn't tune shifts on it without this new handheld. I guess since shifts can me modified on the 5.3s, it must be a different transmission from the Denali.

    Power programmers???

How are you guys getting improved shifting? Do the Denali's have a different transmission? Do the 5.3s have the six speed as well?
  14. Mr. B

One thing that needs to be changed!!!

I agree with the boys. If you want to sell old shoes and computers, put it on Craigslist.

    Power programmers???

I had an Edge program on the diesel I used to own. Hands down the best programmer out there for that application. I see they have many of the same options for the gas engines. My main complaint with the Denali is how it shifts. None of these handhelds can adjust transmission shifting on...

    Level by Raising the Front

I'm going to check into the Rough Country leveling spacers from the link I posted. At $66, the price is right and they have adjustability from 1"-2". Those companies wanting $200 for some aluminum spacers are nuts.

    Volant is amazing!!!!!

My tip is on the way. It's due to be delivered Saturday, and will be installed the same day! I had very good communication from them as well, by email. I will definately be buying my CAI from them.

    Level by Raising the Front

Where can I buy the spacers? Who makes them? 1" - 1.5" would do for what I am looking for. ---------- Post added at 03:40 PM ---------- Previous post was at 03:30 PM ---------- I found a website with what I was looking for. They have tons of solutions from different companies on how to give...

    Level by Raising the Front

If only I could. That is what I did on my '01 Duramax. The new body styles use struts on the front, not torsion bars.

    Level by Raising the Front

I want to level out my Denali a bit, but I don't want to lower the rear, I would like to slightly raise the front. Does anyone know what my opions are?

    LTZ Wood Grain Center Console

I'm thinking about sending the standard one I put in to this place to have wood grain applied that matches the rest of the Denali. Then I'll have the funcitonality, and the looks. http://www.vcfinishes.com/

    Stock Denali Exhaust vs. Aftermarket

Does anyone know if there is much power to be gained by swapping out the Denali exhaust for aftermarket? I crawled under there last night, and that is a big exhaust. I could see getting some gain by removing the rear muffler, like with the Volant Super Tips kit, but I'm not sure there is much...
