Loss Of Power at 70-75 MPH

well.....Got the p0332 code again. It seems to only trip if I am on the freeway. P0332 says low voltage so is this a knock in the motor or just a bad sensor? I noticed that the rear bank was super rusted so would that prevent a good ground and cause this code to be thrown?

    Clipping vs Distortion

I think I'm going to order one, I found them cheaply for about 150-200 for a handheld one.

    Clipping vs Distortion

No, All my power wires (for amps and Aux toys) are run on the drivers side and the the RCAs are run on the passenger side. That was my main concern if distortion would damage anything. My door speakers are 4ohms and my subs are 2ohm DVC (2 subs) wired in parallel (each sub) and series to get the...

    Clipping vs Distortion

Ok so this is a noob questions. First off my set up...Alpine ine-w940 to PDR-F50 for door speakers (spa-610c front and rear) and MRX-M100 for subs (Type S 15 x2 in a ported box). I purchased a SMD dd-1 and discovered that my head unit is "defective" since the distortion led is always on. I am...

Driveshaft, Rear control arms and panhard bar?

I currently have 2.5" spacers and z71 coils on the rear of my tahoe with 3" extend sway bar end links and Bilstien 5100s. The front is 3" knuckles. I am looking to go more but at what point do I need to look at longer rear control arms, Driveshaft (longer or shorter?), and pan hard bar?. This is...

Service Brake System after replacing calipers and lines

So I just replaced all 4 of my stock calipers with Powerstop calipers and Russel Stainless lines. I started on the Passenger side rear the drivers rear, drivers front and passenger front. Everything was going fine until I got to the Driver front....working with my wife on the pedal I could not...

    6" 4wd lift on 2wd?

I have 3" lift knuckles up front, 2" spacers and z71 coils in the rear. I like it but starting to have the itch to do more....Only problem I have is I can not find a 6" lift for a 2wd. Will a 4wd lift work with a 2wd? Seems like it would, I just wouldn't use some of the kit like the differential...

    Dip on 2004 Yukon

I had it on my side moldings and rims, The moldings were ok (Had about 3 THICK coats on them) but the rims I couldn't keep it on them. Its more of a temporary thing to see if you like the color in my opinion, I have since painted my moldings and grill black instead of using plastidip.

Loss Of Power at 70-75 MPH

It has a monitor code and a fault code but I do not know if the monitor will be on if it has not detected a fault. I swapped mine out and the rear was completely rusted, When I replaced mine I took RTV and sealed the rubber grommet of the wire harness and where the wire goes into the grommet...

    Tires

I am running the 33x12.50x20 Khumo road venture MT and love them! Not a lot of noise on the freeway (usually run the my rig at 85-90), a little shake when idling forward but that goes ways anytime you get over 5-10 mph. As far as tread life goes I have a little over 2.5 years on them and...

Loss Of Power at 70-75 MPH

Well...I finally got a DIC code. P0332 from what I've found this is a knock sensor code, would faulty knock sensors cause the issues I am having? I am ordering them tonight and will replace when they come in.

Loss Of Power at 70-75 MPH

It seems to stay in the 2200-2300 range at 70-75 which is where it normally was when I drove at that speed, it just seems like when I press the gas pedal down more nothing happens until I literally floor it and then everything happens as it should. I will double check these number when I get off...

Loss Of Power at 70-75 MPH

So at freeway speeds (70-75) my Tahoe has a loss of power, it requires more throttle than usual to keep it at 70. I usually drive around 85-90 and have never had any problems until now, My foot naturally rested at this point and now at the same position it holds a little above 70. When driving...
