    Tire/Wheel Size

    I have been looking at 275/70-16 tires which would be a little taller and a little wider. Have asked if anyone is running that tire but have gotten no replies. Found they are hard to come by but found a great deal on Federal Couragia for just over 500 out the door.

    Thanks for the info - made no decision as the stock tires I have now are fine just wanted somrthing a little beefier but with no gear or brake probs. Been doing the same thing looking at every Tahoe/yukon in the lots for ideas. Afraid the 265/75 combo might be to big or cause probs on stock vehicle.

    Trying to make a dicision this weekend. Is anyone running 275/70-16 tires on 2002 2wd yukon and do they fill out the wheel well like I hope with no rubbing? Thanks

    I have an 02 2wd Yukon and am looking to fill in the wheel well gaps with a little larger tire. Has anyone run 265/75-16"s or 275/70-16"s. Any problems with rubbing, brakes or trans? Thanks for all your help.

    Thanks, its between the 275/70-16 or 265/75-16. Just dont want future probs with too big a tire.

    Hello, I am new to this forum but am looking for tire info. 2002 2wd yukon and wanting to increase the tires from 265/70-16 to 275/70-16's. Any problems with that as far as rubbing or mechanics? Thanks
