RSE screen blank

On the main control screen for the car, I click the RSE app and nothing happens. I can’t get power to the rear screens or turn them on from the front seat. Double clicking screens and adding an hdmi device doesn’t do anything.

I don't know enough to comment. I would say call the Dealer's Service Dept or take it in and let them look at it.

I’d do the simple thing first and disconnect the battery and reset everything.
