How to reconnect a wire to pin connector?
There is a tool designed to remove those but, they have little metal barbs that hold them in place. You need to remove it and re-crimp it back on or buy a new one as most times they break off. You won't get it to sit in there without the metal end tho. I have a similar problem like that with my...- mharders

How to reconnect a wire to pin connector?
If its into the harness there should be a metal connector on the end that "clicks" into place. It shouldn't be a stranded wire. Pics would also be helpful- mharders

DDM tuning hids
So I have the ddm 35w 6000k in my lows and want them a little brighter so I just need to buy a 55w ballast and use my existing bulbs and then move my 35w ballast down to my fogs and by 880 bulbs? So basically just need to buy a 55w 5000k 880 for my fogs and the lights are interchangeable between... -

So I went with blacked out facory lens in. We will see in time If it's a problem. If so, I'll just shell out for depos with the orange or clear. -

So this is what I did. Preheated oven @ 220* placed entire housing on a piece of cardboard and ended up baking it twice for 5 min each time. I used a razor knife to score each side of the adhesive the peeled it out with a sharp putty knife and flathead screw driver. A pick set might make it... -

These are the ones I bought, so far works great. Had them for about 6 months. I do have the hyper flash with my turns but, you can buy resistors or a flasher. I just don't know which one :think: If someone can point me in the right direction on these it would be great... -

Headlight Question
Ok I'll let you know. My only questions is do I paint the inner chrome section where the lights reflect off of, or just the "face" of the housing. It looks like on the depo lights they are black but would think that would reduce my light output. -

Baking sheet will work just make sure the glass lens isn't touching any metal and only do it for 90 seconds or so. I always just tossed mine in there right on the rack. Remember you're just trying to soften the factory sealant. Also when you go to reseal them use clear silicon. You can also use... -

I'm not sure if the amber lens is removable, I would assume it is. So just preheat your oven at 190* and bake the light for no more than 90seconds. All you trying to do is soften up the factory sealant. Then gently pry the lens off with a putty knife or something similar. You might have to put... -
