He was telling me he did send out some of the older style plates to some people on accident but, he is sending them the new designed ones to fix the mistake. New style should have a slight sliver cutout on left and right side of the plate to house the new projector
Hope I don't have a lot of adjusting to do. I don't know the first thing about adjusting these projectors or any projectors for that matter. I've been reading up on them tho so hopefully when it comes time to install them I'll have a good idea how to properly align them
I know I will. I was all excited when I opened them and showed them to the wife and said look at the beauty's and she was like 'uh...yeah cool, I guess' lol kind of the same way I think when she buys a new purse lol
I'm excited! Seeing all these retros everywhere I had to jump on board!
you...
Free travel mod, took out the 1.5" spacers, painted calipers red and rotors black (not sure how I feel about the red yet). Anxiously waiting for my order from TRS to arrive

Thanks J! I just ordered everything I need to do my retro! Couldn't pass up on the 25% off can't wait to join the retro club! You still liking the 6000k set up in yours? I went for the same temp. Also still on the mad hunt for the wood wheel if I don't find it soon I'll be hitting you up

I though about doing the same thing. I just ordered a 5m blue strip from eBay for $10. Installed some in my cluster and thinking about putting some in my foot wells and running boards but not sure how they'd look on the boards. I'm gonna try and do one side this weekend and see how I like it...
Installed blue led strip to my esky cluster can't get a really good picture of the true color or output but, you get the idea

It's digital controls. I just went and pulled my blower motor and it fired right up. Is there any way to test the resistor that's connected to it? Do you think it's the actually climate control unit since the blower works? Thanks for the help!

I'm having a similar problem. After fixing the prone rear heater issue in my Denali I went to test everything and my front heater stopped working, well it changes from hot to cold but the fan does not blow on any setting. It will push out warm or cold air (whatever it's set to) when going faster...
Odo reads whatever mileage Is on the new cluster. All info on stock cluster is lost as its saved to the cluster itself not vehicles computer. You can have mileage reprogrammed tho

Look at the inner/outer tie rods and work your way through your steering components (idler/pitman arm, steering box, ect)

Yes as long as it's set up for the right psi and the right size tip. I think the 1.5 works the best or 2.0 tip. I've never personally used one of those but, my buddy dipped his truck and it came out good. i just picked up a graco 3900 from Lowes.

As long as the chrome finish is in good condition on your wheels you should have no problems with using plasti dip on them. Just remember to do several coats so it's easier to clean and remove when it's time.
