    How-to: Change the color of your 00-02 Tahoe/Yukon/Suburban gauges

    I'm gonna start this project in a month or so. But before i do, can anyone tell me if ALL the dash lights are the same size? Meaning the door switch, AC, rear AC, 4x4 switch, I have an after market head unit sink don't need that. But I'm needing the size and quantity. Thanks in advance!

    Could I not take the guts out of my current FOB? Even if I did have to reprogram a FOB, it could be done from the truck by the break pedal, turn signal, clap three times and honk the horn like any other GMC electronic reset, right?

    You are not alone. I too have a 2003 Yukon SLT. I started with the actual push button on the dash. No avail. Replaced the "computer" behind the headlight switch. No avail. Just today, tried to install a brand new encoder motor. No avail. The truck actually does better with the old motor...

    I have had my Yukon for a while. Over the years, there have been times I would drive it "harder" than normal. During these times I notice (as I am decelerating) that my lights, interior and exterior, had dimmed significantly. Is this just a normal thing? Maybe a safety mechanism of some sort...
