Sounds like the abs module needs to be resoldered or replaced. Mine intermittently had brake+ abs lights and resoldering the connections fixed it. These modules are pretty expensive. And it’s free to try (if you have a soldering iron). There’s probably people on the internet that will fix it...
What year is your Tahoe? I think mine must not have the pcv valve? I guess I’ll have to take off the valve cover to clean the orifice someday. Which spark plug model #?
If yours is as bad as mine was, you’ll find charcoal all the way to the intake. Check that first, it’s easy and free to remove the house from the intake area and check.

Viper/DEI alarms used to have window modules that would do this. You don’t have to have the alarm if you wire it correctly. All windows in my civic were auto up/down after adding the module. It would stop (maybe reversed? Can’t remember) when it sensed tension rolling up.
Not a great fit over the hump, but for $13 if anybody needs grey rear floor mats, price is pretty good. It’s better than the smallish Rugged Ridge universal ones I had back there.
