Planning on doing a Seafoam treatment on a 2001 Yukon XL 5.3

Wondering if there is a difference to do it right before or after new plugs/wires and fuel filter.

While I've never had an issue using it or it messing with the plugs I'd lean towards before as well. Just added insurance and I can't see any additional benefit of doing it after vs. before.

Before. But begs the question- sea foam in the tank, or thru the tube into the engine, or directly to engine oil?

I used to do all three, I used 2 cans. 1 can in the tank a week before the tune up, then half a can in the oil the day of the tune up and drive just a few miles with it in there. Then finally the last half through the vacuum system directly before the tune up.

Hopefully that makes sense.
