5/10 I guess. I was able to do it by myself in the driveway. I drive the back up on ramps and used my floor jack and some wood to support and lower the tank. The lines were the hardest part really. Watch some YouTube videos, make SURE you get all the lines free etc. I was able to plan this, so...
If you are dropping the tank, I would replace the whole pump, it comes with the sensor. At least the one I had did. I replaced the pump, my gauge works perfect now. It used to read low fuel sometimes if I was parked anything but perfectly level.
Nope just hood, a quarter panel, bumper, vent caps, 4 handles and tailgate handle. Also removing some weird gray paint the PO apparently drive thru that’s been on there for like 5 years
oh and the mirror caps
Yep, junk yard is the best option. Get the little clips from the donor truck for the box! Otherwise you will have to fab something to secure it. I have the quart sub-it’s ok for what it is
Seems like a pretty good price if anyone needs knock sensors. $18.99 per

You could look at the plug that goes to it and determine that way. I don’t remember the colors. If you had a multimeter, you could check that, then do the same on your test. I don’t think it’ll matter for bench testing.
Like he said, if you do t have a bench tester for 12v, use the battery and attach some wires. Be careful there. Might want to unhook the - from the truck lol
You can remove the end on top of the engine. You have to take off the engine cover and it’s basically right in the middle towards the front. It has a gray or green press clip thing and a rubber gasket.
Do you have a 12 drill battery? Basically you just need to supply 12v to that canister plug, and see if it clicks open/closed. You can test by blowing in it. If you apply voltage, it will flip closed/open, stopping your ability to blow thru it. Can’t remember if it’s normally closed or open...
TB is usually throttle body. Assume he means the one on top of the engine. Did you check that one? Mine had pellets up there also. I removed the line and blew air that way and back. More pellets. I eventually just dropped the tank and blew out the lines, I could never get all the pellets out...
