    Airbag Light Headaches

What are the two digit symptom codes after the B0083/4? It will either be, 00, 0F, 39,3A or 71. Each of them describes what exactly is wrong narrowing down the problem. Did you buy used sensors and did you use the exact part number that came out of your vehicle?

Build thread - 3.08 to 3.42 front and rear gear change

Dan, you can't add the factory controller without taking your truck apart, replacing the wiring harness and a bunch of modules and of course the programming. It truly is "integrated".

    Differential cover bolt torque specs

I've seen specs all over the place in GM manuals depending on the year and how much coffee the engineers had that morning. 20-30 foot pounds. My 2009 calls for 29 foot pounds and the 2013 calls for 20 foot pounds for the same bolt on the same axle with the same gasket. Pick one or split the...

    Useless Information

Glad you found the offending wire Ken, those things drive me crazy too. I miss my buddy who used to handle my electrical problems! Don't know if you've picked out supplies for your wiring harness overhaul, this is what I used: 4 Bags - Taylor 38000 - Convoluted Tubing Assortment 10' -...

Rear air stuck on floor mode

I recommend GM OE for these, we see too many aftermarket ones fail. Not sure about the Four Seasons though.

    Rear Brake Upgrade

Didn't realize that, mine is daytime all the time. I like your idea better but here's a color copy for those interested:

07 Tahoe adding 100v plug outlet (like 2015)

Don't know why GM didn't add this to these trucks when the minivans have it. You can get the setup with inverter out of GM minivans. I thought about doing it but don't really have the need since we bought an inverter that plugs into the cigar lighters to power the laptops.

What did you do to your NNBS GMT900 Tahoe/Yukon Today?

That's the one! I really appreciate that guy's videos.

My car is throwing code P1682

I I don't even show that code for my 2009 or 2013. But what I can see is your dead battery at 11.6 volts. When a battery's state of charge is below 65% after sitting overnight, it's time for replacement.

What did you do to your NNBS GMT900 Tahoe/Yukon Today?

I remember seeing a write up somewhere on how to do it once. I have the tools should it ever become necessary, just not sure if I still have the eyes for it!

Build thread - 3.08 to 3.42 front and rear gear change

How's the battery? Mine was throwing a code for a rear wheel speed sensor the other day but it turned out to be a bad battery.

What did you do to your NNBS GMT900 Tahoe/Yukon Today?

No, I might have that backwards! Can't remember. I've had one of those Mornsun power supplies in my Wishlist for years, they've doubled in price now to just over $30. Guess I ought to buy one just in case mine goes out.

Did you transfer the old sensors into the new axle? Was there any point when they were disconnected that you turned the key on?

    Rear Brake Upgrade

Brembo and Wilwood both made 4 piston rear brakes for the GMT900s. Here are my notes:

What did you do to your NNBS GMT900 Tahoe/Yukon Today?

If you plug the 12v adapter into the Tech-2 and not the cable, the Candi won't get powered up. I learned about the power supply from Wes.

    Timken SP500301 already bad

My pickup trucks have dust covers over the hub on the outside. The new CV axles I just bought have dust covers built into the CV Axle that cover the opening in the hub on the other side to I guess further protect the hub from the elements. We shall see.

2018 Denali acts weird in rain?

@PG01 Pete? Any messages coming up on the DIC while this is going on? How about Traction Control and Stabilitrak lights?

    Timken SP500301 already bad

My Made in the USA Timken hub lasted 84.547 miles. Mine made no noises on turns, just noticed a little more vibration on the highway above 75mph than normal and it slowly got worse. Then at the next tire rotation, the wheel flopped over when we jacked it up. Replaced with GM OE and am...

Attempted a short economy run (5.3 vortec)

RPMs is normal for emissions compliance. Oil pressure fluctuations is normal as it's based on load/speed. Transmission uses best gears for going up a hill or down a hill with cruise control on with varying precision depending on the model year. Running cruise control makes the engine more...

2008 Yuke - AC blows hot on driver side, cold on passenger side - Dealership says problem cannot be solved?

What is the part number of the driver's side actuator that was replaced? Have you visually verified the part number yourself? Dealership is lazy and put their newbs on it, not the experienced guys.

    Rear Wire Harness Underside

That is probably for the blind zone sensors and needs to be put back up in its mount.

What did you do to your NNBS GMT900 Tahoe/Yukon Today?

The "Sport" model Escalades had duals out the back. I believe that this deleted the spare tire. There are conversions posted on here from about 2018 and back if memory serves.

What do you think of my new teeth?

Alright fellas, I'm going to send it. Sure, we could take it all apart and put in a shim with a few more thousandths to get that pattern a little closer to center but not sure it's worth the work based on your expert input. Thanks!

    Post New Transmission: Infamous Clunks

Are you SURE that they replaced the transmission with a different unit and did not overhaul yours or reuse your TECHM? When was the last time you pulled the rear differential cover and had a look back there? Broken spider gears sometimes do similarly to what you describe.
