So i'm getting ready to do the 6 piston brembo caliper upgrade on my 2007 Denali. I'm curious to know if there are any upgrades for the rear that would be a 4 piston upgrade. I did read somewhere that a CTS-V rear caliper was able to be used but i'm not finding any information on this subject. The only thing I found was a silverado 2 piston upgrade for the rear which are still the old caliper and bracket style setup. Any help or nudge in the right direction, is greatly appreciated!!

I’ve not found anything either
I ended up doing the powerstop rear pads and drilled/slotted rotors and it was plenty for my needs and if you look my rig is huge I’ve had to slam on brakes coming down a bridge once and if it werent for the new brakes it would’ve been a accident for sure but she stopped on a dime thankfully.
I also have the powerstop front setup with stainless lines but I want to upgrade in the future but I would do it to my Silverado before my Tahoe because the Silverado has the rear drum setup which sucks

I also did the powerstop stuff on all 4 corners. I'm happy with the results,
although I would have liked to upgrade the fronts the a bigger caliper and rotor.
But the cost was prohibitive for me

Baer makes a 14" single piece kit or a 15" 2 piece kit
I just have the bigger rotor upgrade kit myself front & rear, can't afford that $4000 stuff i'm poor

Isn't there something to upgrade to the corvette calipers?
Not sure if it will work on the 99-13 models

The front kit works though.

I believe there are a few threads on the rear swap using the ctsvbrake bracket.

Brembo and Wilwood both made 4 piston rear brakes for the GMT900s.

with the black background that list is incredibly hard to read James

ctsvswap bracket works perfectly with camaro/corvette/ctsv? rear 4 piston caliper. "hardest" part is trimming the dust shield
i believe all of them are the same with the difference being the location of the bleeders, the ctsv is on the leading side of the wheel - while corvette and camaro are on the trailing side. which was confusing because on the gmt900 yukons the caliper mounts on the leading side which would, to me, mean the ctsv would be a better candidate to swap on our SUVs.
i used the cheapest oems ones i could find, which were the black camaro calipers
