    I would start with the wire harness and connector that connects to the passenger side lights, since the problem was not there before you started this project.

    The front differential mounts/bushings can cause a clunk. I replaced the mounts and bushings (all in one), and the clunk went away.

    The Seat Shop has been used by many of us for replacement seat covers and foam cushions. There are YouTube videos on the replacement process. It seems fairly straight forward if you take the seat out of the truck and are patient.

    My new-to-me 07 Yukon XL Denali with the L92 6.2 L has had that engine tick at cold start since the day that I bought it. It goes away as soon as the engine temp approaches 200 F.

    2011 Denali Radiator Replacement

    Change ALL coolant hoses in the engine bay. The heat deteriorates them over time. If you don't change them, they will do you in. When you change out the Heater hose Tees, be sure to wear gloves, as the firewall insulation is quite aggressive, and your hands will itch for days.

    Drive with lift glass open?

    I have done it a number of times without issue. I wrap around the wood in a towel or moving mat, so that the wrap material contacts both the top of the door bottom and the window bottom. And then, take the slow and careful lane to get to where you need to go with the wood.

    I'm sorry to read your post with the low mpg. You are barely doing better than my 07 with the 6.2 performance tuned at 10-12 mpg in the city.
