the problem with the FF sensor is that the ends are short, with the hose qdc on there there isnt any room to even get the tool in there to work as ****** as it is on an easily accessible fitting
Haven't found one that works yet, I grabbed a split one from lisle still wasn't worth a shit
Or maybe it does..last time I had to pull the one on ctsv before I brought to dealerahip...I think I ordered that one and didn't come I time. Had to pick it off with a couple small screwdrivers...
drove it to office today, was pretty much problem free except for like the last 5 mile getting home
ran something over just as i was getting off i95 and right rear tire started losing air pretty quick. light came on and showed like 25 dropped to like 15 in the couple miles to house. had a nice...
yea ive got a bench style belt grinder but it only used like a 5x48" belt or something like that. only has effectively a 20" flat spot tho. i havent had much luck flattening anything out with it
No...it's controlled by the bcm in gmt900s (atleast for auto climate controlled*) so the ecm doesn't do anything changing those. not sure if same for 800s...
yea seems like if i could find someone with a large enough way to resurface the mating flange it would be fine. i'll prob keep it around and see how obviously warped it is
idle - is going good open loop, but startup is kinda iffy...during warm up rpm is kinda low so need to mess with it some...
tuning on a period correct laptop....nice
not sure if compressor is controlled by bcm or not for your years, but it should be in the little fan system icon if its controlled by the ecm
what his looks like is exactly how mine is, its not leaking enough to drip any, but its enough that everything is just covered in a light film under there, really annoying and looks horrible.
yea thats the general consensus. i just couldnt comprehend welding a 1"hole would cause the entire thing to warp. like if it leaked right at the mounting holes next to the weld sure. but like the entire other pan rail and across the back. but we shall see i guess
Gettin close boys, only 10% off on the fueling according to the wideband at idle and she idling pretty nice
running it in open loop just so it dont give a ****.
its idling a little bit lower, I could prob lower it down to about 700 and be stable but when it gets down there it's real...
one stock axle and roughly 1-1/4 of spacers installed, rides like a dream.
idle tuning, i made a few changes last night- loaded tune- it sucked balls at idling, put yesterdays back in. going to try and go even leaner on table and see if that helps any, thinking it may actually still be rich...
grabbed one of these a couple weeks back, mostly because i had some needle zerks that require one hand pushing on it, cant pump with other single hand. have only used it with needle tip but so far so good. a little tip leakage
