    22 Tahoe/Rear bumper valance

Corsa actually has the parts list right in their listing for the conversion to DRE. No need to weld, the OEM hangers bolt right up.

    Lifted/Leveled 2021 - Postem Up

Keep in mind the stock wheels are 9" wide though, most aftermarket wheels with those offsets are 10" wide which changes inner clearance and outer position.

Looks great! Definitely looks taller than my 2” on 33’s

    Cylinder deactivation for the 2021-2023's?

Negative, with the 5.3 I only noticed the lurch occasionally and now can hear it with the corsa but don’t feel it. For me cruising around 35 - 40 mph is when DFM has driven me nuts, I get a vibration that goes away with L9. There’s a really noticeable stretch I’m about to drive on for the first...

    Cylinder deactivation for the 2021-2023's?

With the corsa I can really hear what’s happening with DFM. When coming to a stop the cylinders drop as you’re coasting/braking, and then just before you’re totally stopped the cylinders (and exhaust) come back to life. Some notice a bit of a lurch when that happens, and guessing it’s when the...

    Cylinder deactivation for the 2021-2023's?

GM has them in the exhaust pipes, near the muffler, on the AFM and DFM 5.3 and 6.2. Spring loaded flap opens based on how many cylinders are firing (how much exhaust is flowing). 1 cylinder cruising and the flap is barely open, 8 cylinder wide open and it’s full open. The flap prevents strange...

    Cylinder deactivation for the 2021-2023's?

You can simulate it, clamp your flaps open temporarily and see if the noises go away. You might get the “helicopter” sound but if the squealing goes away that’s driving you nuts you can upgrade to a corsa that’ll “fix” it (no flaps, no drone, no dfm helicopter).

    Lifted/Leveled 2021 - Postem Up

With that said I’m only talking the studs, only assuming the 1.25 are enough to clear UCA’s. And think you’re going to have a decent amount of fender work to fit 35’s.

1.25” will definitely fit, I had them on the stock z71 wheels for a bit as well

    Cylinder deactivation for the 2021-2023's?

There’s a guy on the 21-up Tahoe Facebook page that claims the previous gen Range has disabled the DFM on his ‘23 Tahoe. I pressed for more info and confirmation and he went silent. I’m not buying one to experiment, and would have to imagine Range tried it or knows it won’t work, but if anyone...

    Cylinder deactivation for the 2021-2023's?

L9 is the only way to shut off DFM at the moment, no other driving modes will do it.

    Cylinder deactivation for the 2021-2023's?

Ahh, so you’re already running 93. If you’re up for the experiment, I’d try clamping that flapper open, or in your case with the 6.2 might be two of them. Even if the noise isn’t coming from underneath, I’d still give it a shot.

    Cylinder deactivation for the 2021-2023's?

I can only hear the wind, must be by speakers. Unfortunately no DFM disablers as others have said. I’ve found 2 things that seem to make it more tolerable on my ‘22 5.3, 93 octane gas and corsa exhaust. Don’t know if either could help with your noise, but you could start by temporarily clamping...

    Lifted/Leveled 2021 - Postem Up

Would check how deep the pockets are in the wheels you have, your studs are going to stick out a decent amount with 1” spacers (unless you’re willing to trim them). I’m running 1.25” bora spacers and they clear but it’s close without stud trimming.

    Lifted/Leveled 2021 - Postem Up

Someone had posted pics of the trimming process Hurst does to clear 35's. They hack away A LOT at the front and rear of the fenders, I was both terrified and impressed. Wonder where the heck I saw that...

    Lifted/Leveled 2021 - Postem Up

Something I've noticed with the RC and Readylift, no diff drop spacers. Asked Readylift about it and they said they're not necessary with the current gen geometry. Eek, I don't know. Readylift seems to sit more level at their 3" lift and only have preload spacers in the rear. RC 3.5" has...

Sure that’s stock suspension? Looks like at least a 2” lift. Either way, looks sweet!!

    Lifted/Leveled 2021 - Postem Up

The shop used rough country's estimate of 2-3 hours when calculating the labor. All in with the kit, install, and alignment (yes def get front and rear aligned) was $499 plus tax for me. I've typically done these on my my own but the instructions call for the use of a spring compressor to...

    Lifted/Leveled 2021 - Postem Up

I went with the milder 2” RC, spend a decent amount of time in the winter in auto 4wd on the highway, I’m concerned about the taller kits not having diff drops in the front. I asked readylift why and they said the angles don’t need it, guess I’d have to see the cv’s in person to decide for...

2022 Tahoe Z71 AMP RESEARCH Powersteps Installed

Glad you found a workaround. Suspect you have more options for frame holes you can utilize with a suburban. I was stuck with the holes I used for the Tahoe and reindexing the motor.

    Lifted/Leveled 2021 - Postem Up

I haven’t come across a 2.5” front 2”rear combo. 2 and 1 is common, 3, and 3.5. Only see the rear 2” with combined top spacer and preload spacer combo. So why I’m looking for specifics.

    Lifted/Leveled 2021 - Postem Up

@Goggs7 lift looks fantastic, nice choice on wheels and tires too. Wheel offset and tire size look perfect. Think you got around 2” of lift in the rear? Any chance you can grab me a ground to fender measurement? From what I can tell my 2” RC and your 3.5” RC use the same rear upper strut...

    Lifted/Leveled 2021 - Postem Up

I removed these brackets, they were right behind the felt and causing the rub. Their shape and beefiness made them tough to trim in any way, and they protrude a lot. Don’t see any way around them for those that have them and have a decent amount of rub. Post in thread 'Lifted/Leveled 2021 -...

What did you do to your 21+ T1XX today?

You’re welcome! Older part number is 85143902, did come with the black rear bow tie just didn’t use it. eBay seller appears to have a couple left, if you search that part number look for the one at $210. Just a pic of the box in the listing.
