    I use a flexible two part filler designed for plastics. The seam will be "welded" and melted together along with some metal mesh for strength. yessir

    Thank you #tonyrodz Today I made some progress on the rear bumper since I ran out of cutoff discs for the grinder with working on the bracing for the front bumper.. Hoped that I could just reclear after a little sanding but it wound up requiring a little more work than anticipated.

    I was able to pull the bumpers off the shelf and put in a little work. Started pulling the bondo off the original HD bumper and made the initial cut on the Denali bumper. I'm thinking this will look decent.

    Keeping the lights. Figuring out a good way to extend the hood without welding is what's getting tricky and requires research on my part. But, very doable. That and merging two bumpers into one.

    I used one of those 5 or 8 oz bottles of dye in 4 gallons of water and had plenty left over. If you are doing the spray, you'll need about 4-5 cans of it.

Some may question why, but after looking at the hoods, there are some lines on the GMC hoods that I think would be much better than the center crease that comes on the Tahoes...
