I have not seen anything anywhere online about this... Some may question why, but after looking at the hoods, there are some lines on the GMC hoods that I think would be much better than the center crease that comes on the Tahoes...

I understand that I would need to fill in the lifted sections above the head lights, but beyond that, am I missing anything? I know people have to cut out the headlight section on the HD conversions.

Thoughts?

And with some ideas I have, this would be perfect for the direction I am leaning toward.

Fill in the headlight gaps. No need for fenders. Or cut the fender headlight opening up a little more to allow for Denali heads

Cutting up the fenders wouldnt be worth the time replacing em would be the easiest most efficient way to do it.

I go down rabbit holes that get pretty dark at times... Usually wind up getting lost; no clue which way is up.

I'm there right now. I'll eventually find my way out. I have the hood in the garage and a good idea as to how I plan to tackle this little project that only a handful of people will probably ever notice.

Keeping the lights. Figuring out a good way to extend the hood without welding is what's getting tricky and requires research on my part.

But, very doable.

That and merging two bumpers into one.
