Yep, there are names cut into it all over the inside. I saw a few that were dated around 1920. I imagine there are quite a few older ones. This is 1 of 3 covered bridges local to me here in SE Ohio. I'm pretty fortunate to be working close to my home.

I finally towed something with my Tahoe. Doesn't look like much, but it has some weight to it. Definitely upper limit for the trailer. Pulled nice once I played a game of tractor Tetris to get my grapple, bucket and box blade on. Can't wait to get a dump trailer or hydraulic tilt deck. That'll...
Well... I tested out my Duratracs really well today. We have timber crews currently working one our transmission line right of ways, they mucked up the access road and created a massive mud pit at the top of a fairly steep incline. I started up the access in 2wd (it was nice at first) and...
Call Suspension Maxx, they are awesome. I have bought numerous things from them over the years. Larry is awesome and will take the time to walk you through any issues. Best customer service ever!
Take pictures too, they love photos!

That's really cool. I feel like there isn't enough aftermarket stuff for our Tahoes. The last generation seemed to get a little more attention though. I don't understand why the aftermarket hasn't step up to offer additional stuff for the 2015+
Heck.. I would have like to have found aftermarket...
Got these today. Hopefully the bolts I ordered at fastenal will be in tomorrow. Has anyone on here made there own skid plate for the transfer case?

Opened these... Now I'm searching for an aftermarket skid for the transfer case or possibly a CAD file for a homemade one.

It's that $1000.00 per month Tapatalk Platinum Gold fancy membership I have lol. Actually... I'm not sure how that happened. I use Tapatalk from my phone. I kept adding photos and exiting it to field work calls. Then I'd open it back up after the call to try typing my response and add photos...
Here's a better angle towards where I was parked earlier. I work as a construction support coordinator on new Transmission and Distribution Right of Ways as well as new Substation locations. My job is kind of a mixed bag of functions, however my main role is to be a buffer between the...
I did. I cut it down to a 2" lip. I also debated on adding the factory tow hooks, but keep leaning towards a Weston push bar with winch. Or possibly just going with the Westin Max tray with winch and bullbar

I love the Goodyear Duratracs on my 15 Tahoe and they have been pretty impressive so far. I don't think they really that much noisier than the BFG AT KO2 tires I had on my truck. I spend 70-80% of my time on dirt and gravel access roads, occasional creek crossings and mud. The traction is...
Which brake controller did you purchase. I also plan on towing with our 2015 Tahoe. I've used a prodigy p2 controller in the past. I know tekonsha now offers a p3.
Curt also offers a flush mount unit that gives it a factory installed look. Just curious about your setup and opinion.

Do all the lights on your trailer work? Are they LED or incandescent bulbs/lights? Do your trailer brakes work at all?
You may be able to unhook the brake wiring from the trailer side (if they don't work at all) and see if it makes a difference. I believe this is the correct wiring diagram...
Anyone have one of their door locks die? My rear passenger side apparently just stopped, or hasn't been working for awhile. I haven't pulled the door panel to check voltage but assume it's the actuator since it's soundless. All other locks work perfectly.
Any thoughts?
Thanks,
Nick

That looks great! and since we have the same wheels/tires and matching black paint... now I have a better idea of what it'll look like on mine! Thank you for testing this out! I see this being my next purchase since I scored new take off skid plates off eBay.

Do you have a picture from the outside/side? Looks really good. Did you notice much difference in sound? I definitely want to do this on mine as well.

Has anyone used the Bilstein B8 5160 with the external reservoir on the rear?
I couldn't find details, but are the 5100 series aluminum or steel? I assume they don't use boots?
