    Maybe it needs to be reflashed, New BCM will need to be Flashed at a dealer unless u got a tec2 and a Global Connect login

    Potato patato, the motor actuate's the Tcase position, so if the Dash switch requests 4hi and the Controller puts the tcase in 4hi but the normally closed switch in the Motor Actuator doesn't signal the tcm its in gear, it won't supply voltage to the diff lock actuator.

    IMO 4 poster with a center jack, way more stable and you have a nice place to rest tool's, parts and such. Also a lot nicer for getting in and out of the vehicle for interior work. Unless you know your gonna eventually have a powerstroke then you need a 2 post lol

    I wire up standalone Vortecs, build crazy Hot Rods , mean ass diesel Pick Up's and recently got into bikes.. becaue I don't have enough to do allready lol

    Correct you are man A&B, it is not a sentry key and if it was it won't clear the shifter by a long shot!

    Your tcase actuator is probably done, the switch indacting the TCM is probably not getting 4hi signal that it went into 4x4 so it wont put the diff in

    the key wont program so it wont start my tahoe, but even if it did theirs noway it will clear the shifter to get it out of park

    It's as simple as unpluging the pig tail and use a small piece of wire bared on both sides to jump the pigtail then tape it up!

    The thing to do is have the guys pull the inpection cover, unbolt the Torque and see if the flex plate will wiggle independently. If it is infact a broken plate that is.

    what could step up voltage? Is it possible that 2 relays could make 24v somehow? Or a capacitor unloading to ecm could spike the system? How about the coil backfeeding though the timing advance module? This is kind of a puzzle.. missing some pieces tho..

    Not a bad product for the money, Both paired seamlessly, Can confirm 1.Not a transponder key. 2. Wont fit between the shifter even half folded. Its pretty bulky. And feels a little cheapie but i have a Benz flip key in the other hand so its kinda Bias on that quality decision right now..lol

    Absolutely correct.. Using reference voltage to the ECM it needs to have Air Volume+Air Density+Barometric pressure data for the ecm to calculate Volumetric Efficiency and Lambda for the fuel trim and spark tables.. Unless your running a 2bar Os in speed density mode, reminiscent of the obs 5.7...

    Haha that is the 5.7 out of my 1990 c2500, never would have known unless i didn't rob the th400 for another project. No noise and pulled a lot of heavy trailer with it lol :boti: I'd never seen that before either
