    I think I may need bushings up front for my stock height 4x4. They look ok, but I am feeling some wandering when driving. I have a press but no adapters. Has anyone done this that could advise on how hard it is to do?

    TYVM. Reading through this thread, minimum wheel size was not mentioned before that I saw. I will have to wait to upgrade till I come across some 17s or 18s then. I kinda need this upgrade since I do a lot of mountain driving.

    Thanks. I'll pick one up when I have the chance. I guess I will be shopping for an AC delco seen as previous posts stated aftermarket ones aren't worth a crap.

    I run it in all my catless gas vehicles and I know I'm not the only one. HD synthetic would be a good option if you are performance and economy minded.

    Yes, raising the rpm alleviates the issue, of course that is hard to do with an auto trans.

    I appreciate the reply. Low speed maneuvering. Low engine rpm. backing in and out of spots. Seems worse when engine is hot.

    I have read that this is a common problem in these but have not read about a solution. The power steering pump does not make noises like you would expect if straining. The problem seems to be worse when the engine is hot versus cold.

    Dropping the fuel tank is not hard or expensive. Some just don't want to do it because if there is 1/4 tank or more in it, it requires pumping it out. plus the danger factor. Yes, changing the fuel filter saves the pump, not running out of gas also. Why would you consider buying a new one...

    Diesel oil is great, but it has additives that are not good for catalitic converters and will kill them over time, so don't run that if you have cats.
