No power at fuse block...where next?

On my 2000 GMC Yukon, I have not interior lites or dash lites. There is no power at the sources, fuse is ok, but there is no power at the fuse block either. next place to check? Power Wire coming in? Schematics stop at the block. Is this controlled at the Door module?

Fuse link or breaker. IDK which off hand. I think it lives under the red plastic cover near your steering column under the hood.
