So, have anyone changed their Hybrid headunit. I've been looking around and haven't seen not one person who've done it. But I found the nav model number (23180744). I've also learned that they are base model GM hybrids without Bose Nav radios. So, if that's the case , this hybrid screen must...
I wanted 6000k because the leds fogs are white , the leds on the headlight are white and the turn signals are white/yellow switchables. It's a good look but I prefer it to be somewhat uniform.
Kensun is sending me a H1 Hid kit. I'll see how it works out. And I'll let y'all know.
Not to jack your thread , but I just bought a set of Yokohama Parada Spec-x 285/45/22 over the Scorpion Verde AS +. The Pirellis get great reviews but not really from big wheel SUVs, Yokohamas get better reviews in GM made SUVs. Can't wait to feel the difference.
Went to Atlas suspension today, supposed to be highly reputable suspension shop. We took it for a test drive and he felt and heard what I was talking about. So he put it in the air and check the suspension and found nothing. Then upon further inspection he found that the caliper tension shims...
I said the same thing. It feels like the wheel is loose clunking noise. Strange. The dealer mechanic drove it and recommended changing front struts. So I changed all.
Hopefully WE can figure it out.
My brother!!!!! Lol We have so much to discuss. You couldn't have jacked the thread with a better truck.
So, upon reading the post around here concerning shocks. I noticed almost everyone went either OEM acdelco or Arnott. Further reading, most say arnott is inferior to dealer OEM but is...
Its not about attempting to do what he did but more about taking out the guess work for members lke myself of what a stripped cabin looked like in attempt of something on a smaller/bigger scale. I hate to see valuable info lost in the source. Because then noobs like me ask annoying questions...
Just my observation. If forums are mainly for information sharing, help and guidance, how come I don't see much helpful stickies posted. No polls on top rated products. I have found through searches in this forum some very helpful walkthroughs and such but they're not stuck at the top. I myself...
Yessssss. Shocks struts are out the way for now. And I wil follow your advice and just accumulate front end parts. Hopefully I could do full upgrade by fall. Right now I'm in the market for some new tires and I'm broke for now lol.
You just gave me wealth of info. Thanks. Are you using all OEM parts or not. Speaking of driver seats, mines keep making this crunching sound. I must investigate.
60k miles. She was tuned recently. When I mentioned sluggish is was just really for general informative purposes. Dunno who in here might benefit from this. But I'll definitely check my bushings. Thanks for the response
As the the mileage add up and the years pile on or maybe you bought it this way, the ride becomes bumpy, steering becomes loose and the engine a little sluggish. What can we do to restore that new car feel? I just changed both shocks and struts (acDelco) and while that made a difference...
Ok so I went against the grain and bought those spec d headlights. I actually purchased them in January form amazon for $120 in "like new" condition which when received had zero issues. I installed them last weekend when it was hot in an autozone parking lot, lol. Let me say. THESE LIGHTS FIT...
Are ACdelco shocks and struts the same as GM Genuine shock struts? Exactly?
I'm at the dealer and was quoted at $2500 to change all three. Yes all three. Three because the fourth was covered under a warranty. I currently have a 4 set in my Amazon cart for $990 waiting on the word lol. So now...
I'm wondering if this would ever get a sticky. Not that I care for self promotion but this is very very useful to the site every member would benefit from this. Moderators, don't let this get lost.
No prblem. I'm looking to find the Bose amp to speaker connectors online somewhere so I don't have to cut not one wire.
I'm doing :
Galaxy tab E 9.6" 4g LTE > stock HU > Bose amp > lc7i > 5ch amp >
+ (2) POLK 6.5 components
+ (2) POLK 6.5 coaxials
+ (2) POLK 3.5 coaxials
