    1900 seems high though....I can get a gm rebuild from the stealership for 1700+tax with tc...not including lines...but i think with fluid...But I want to understand the transmission and the best way to do that is by turning wrenches on it....hopefully this will be a productive learning curve

    Ya I guess you can say I have a little more balls than brains, my first ls build was on my 13 camaro 1le with 9k miles and did heads cam, and everthing else i touched (oil pump ect)...but all turned out well after tune she was putting down 495hp to the ground....the trans is definitely more...

    The kit comes with this. "Trans-Go Heavy Duty Shift kit, with .500 boost valve & with modified accumulation for nice part throttle shifts with quick but not overly firm WOT shifts" .is this what your talking about or something different

    Well after just a year my transmission decided to go out @145,000miles (lost 3/4 gear, assuming the clutches)..So im thinking about tackling the rebuild on my own, and Just looking for some advice.. What tools are needed for the rebuild? Looking at this rebuild kit, What do you think...

    This is what I ended up getting, Next replacing ball joints, 1 of the uppers boot is busted, going with Raybestos pro grade uca's and Raybestos pro lower ball joints, and 2-3" keys

Ive read about people doing spindle lifts and ect but I dont even know what that is....So this is what my plan is...2-3" Level keys in front, maybe...
