    10 ply tires on a 1/2 Suburban?

There's a place in New Columbia PA called Tire Depot that sells Trail Guide tires. I bought a set of LT265/75r16 Trailguide All Terrain for IIRC $508, mounted balanced and tax included.

    Inexpensive tune?

Like the OP, I too cannot afford a BB tune. I would like to get rid of the lag between pressing the accelerator and the engine actually responding. It's my biggest pet peeve in my 07 Denali XL. I actually use T/H mode around town sometimes, or if I know I'll need to merge with traffic quickly...

    10 ply tires on a 1/2 Suburban?

Stay away from C load range tires. They are not meant to carry the weight of our full size SUVs. Do the research on the LT C's and compare the load carrying capacity to E's. every brand/style of tire is different. Why full size trucks and suvs ever came from the factory with P tires is beyond...

Key fobs: one or the other, not both

Ok, I forgot to update. Tried programming both in same session, and it worked! Again, thank you Silver.

Key fobs: one or the other, not both

Thanks silver, I hadn't thought of that. I'll give it a try in a minute.

Key fobs: one or the other, not both

Also, neither key unlocks door. Just turns in lock. So we can't unlock it with just keys either.

Key fobs: one or the other, not both

Tried that. It wouldn't work. Held buttons on both fobs but nothing would happen. Only if I did one or the other. Sucks because I have two keys and two fobs but one won't unlock doors. Wife locked keys in somehow once; luckily she was using the set that didn't work. She had to walk home and get...

Key fobs: one or the other, not both

Tried a search, couldn't find and answer. Bought used 07 Yukon Denali XL last year. It came with only one key fob. Dealership wanted over $100 to get me another one. Found one on eBay for $20, and it has a battery in it. Followed directions on how to program it, and it worked fine. Then when I...

    Need more rear lift

How much more lift will you get if you swap out stock rear coils with Z-71 coils? I just picked up a set for my 07 Denali XL because the air ride doesn't work and the wheel well measurements are the same(36.5"). Looks like rear is lower, and when we travel it does sag.

08 Denali with 160k suspension question

I have an 07 Denali XL. It was on the lift the other day for inspection, so I checked everything I could for the dreaded thump on takeoff. Only thing I found was left front diff mount is shot. I can grab the yoke and move diff up and down about 3/4".

    Newb from PA

Just joined a couple days ago. Found this forum while researching parts to repair my (wife's) 07 Denali XL. Used to be on Jeepforum when I had a 06 Golden Eagle. Already found some awesome threads on repairing front diff, which is bad on mine. That and need all ball joints and diff mounts...

    6.2l fuel milage "reality"

Just checked mine. 07 Denali XL. 11.468 mpg. I think it's that bad now because it has bad bearing in front diff.
