There isn’t. AWD simply “turns on” 4WD for you the second a wheel slips.
It’s “automatic” four wheel drive not “all wheel drive”

I know for some trying another brand is akin to Rumspringa but I agree. Try a Toyota or Ford/Lincoln for a couple years and come back when this GM is baked.

Wow that’s incredible. I’ve always had my vehicles delivered to me unwashed/detailed but they must clean the interior because they are never that dirty. Kinda incredible. Makes sense as they are coming from a factory but jeez...kinda crappy they make the dealer do the job of cleaning them up and...
3 bucket wash method with warm filtered water, fresh high end (~ 10 per vehicle) microfiber cloths that are retired after ~20 washes and special waffle weave drying cloths used in conjunction with a drying aid...

Whether or not they bother YOU doesn’t mean they aren’t issues. I would agree that some fit and finish issues aren’t a big deal though. Pretty common for GMs.

I wouldn’t count on that. I’ve owned both and although the interiors are different I wouldn’t say that the quality or fit and finish is materially different between the two. Things like cargo lights etc are usually shared parts.
I would be concerned to buy the first year of ANY model vehicle. If anyone believes differently just look at recalls for vehicles. 80% of recalls occur during the first two model years.
And despite what some here will tell you, the last gen had pervasive issues (it wasn’t “just a sprinkling”)...
