I'm guessing one of the plugs is bad. Iv'e had it happen with new plugs. I would suggest pulling the plug wires one at a time. Your misfire should get worse. Find the cylinder that has no effect when you pull the wire...thats your bad plug.
I'm getting a vibration from the rear of my Tahoe. I just put in Belltech spindles and pulled out the 1" spacer from my rear springs. It only seems to vibrate when I have the 1" spacer removed. I think its bad pinion angle that is causing it.
Would the DJM RK2000 hardware kit help with pinion...
You know I don't really remember. Iv'e had the drop for around a year and the shocks for around 6 months. I got everything from Tony (Norcalss). Everything was reasonable though.
Thanks. Your Denali is one of the trucks that inspired me to do a drop.:)
Iv'e heard DJM rides a bit harsh. I think Mine with the Belltech shocks and springs rides great and it will be even better when I get spindles for the front.
Found out the whole scoop on this motor. The truck belonged to a shop owner. It was his personal vehicle. He had a oil cooler line that he bought from Napa burst. He shut the truck down as soon as the oil light came on. Apparently he spends 10-20 thousands on parts threw Napa per month. He put...

We've been friends for a long time so he has this other LQ9. He...
Bad fuel pumps in Chevy trucks are common. We used to have them go bad all the time at my work in our 1 ton cargo vans. I had 1 die in my Astro van once too.
Another thing that helps them live a bit longer. Never let your tank get below 1/4 tank. 1/2 tank would be better. The fuel acts as a...
Can you re-ring without doing a complete rebuild? I'm assuming run a hone on a drill to get the crosshatch pattern and then put the pistons back in with rings and bearings.
So I got a LQ9 for $300.00 from a buddy. It's out of a 04 Escalade and had a 106,000 on the clock. So here's the deal the owner replaced it because it was making one hell of a noise. However my buddy found out when he got it that the serpentine tensioner was toast.
So the motor appears to be in...
