Take your rotor back off and inspect the shoe. If there is plenty of friction material left then you would just need to adjust them and be fine.- mizzouguy

They need to be adjusted inward to allow for the smaller diameter of the new rotor, so they will stop rubbing. As long as you lubed the slide pins...- mizzouguy

Does it/did it ever have a remote start? Those can lock you out sometimes, especially if the remote was lost and the module is still in place. Those have a manual push button to reset, like a valet button. May be a possibility. If not you really have to start by seeing if there is power at the...- mizzouguy

Not starting
When you get home, turn the headlights on and see if the lights dim when you turn the key to start. If they do it can be an indication that the starter is drawing power and is just locked up/bad. On my 04 Tahoe with the 4L60E, I did my first tranny fluid change at about 100K, per the owners manual. Don't go have it done at some jiffy lube place that just sucks up whats in the pan with a machine. I would really consider doing it yourself. Sorry that I do not know for sure. Hopefully someone with that set-up will chime in. But id guess it probably has one that controls temp (both sides at once), one for vent selection, and one for recirculation. The automatic set up is one for each side's temp, and otherwise the same. -

Flowmaster 40 series are not available in 2.75. http://www.flowmastermufflers.com/?page_id=11118 A 40 is a lot shorter than oem, so they would have had to add an extra length of pipe. Is the new muffler a smaller diameter than stock? Oem is 2.75". Upward angle won't hurt besides looking (in my opinion) dorky and collecting water.- mizzouguy

Automatic climate control? Do a reset of your hvac system by pulling the fuse, there are instructions on here somewhere. It will self calibarate, I'd start with that and see where it takes you. Are both driver and passenger side blowing hot up front? -
