    The only issue with your current radiator is the extra heater hose fitting? If that's the case just buy a new silicone cap instead of a rubber one. It is obviously much more than the rubber caps but you won't be replacing it any time soon...

    Headlights

    If you can still find them, TYC came out with a 50 state street legal HID headlight package. I believe they came with Phillips electronic ballasts and D1R bulbs along with a wiring harness that gave you the 4 Hi mod. I've been running them for the past 7 years without any issues whatsoever.

    Check your ujoints .They will give you that clunking sound when switching gears as described.

    What is leaking?

    I would clean everything off with some brake cleaner, makes pinpointing the leak easier. If equipped, check the oil cooler lines from radiator to engine oil filter plate. Both the lines and plate are notorious for leaking.

    After running it for a while and turning the engine off, is it hard to start again? Have you checked your coolant temp sensor?

    You should be okay. I've seen lots of people use the MC from the GMT800s which are designed for front and rear discs. In your research, will the thicker police package calipers also bolt up?

    You can start by googling "5.7 to 5.3". It's not something I've looked into but I have definitely seen around different forums. Clean looking Tahoe.

    What hose is this?

    Yup, small rubber o-ring that gets eaten up anytime you mess with the drain plug. You would just need to find one that would fit.
