12.5" wide tire is 317.5 mm. I don't think I have seen that wide a tire on an NNBS yet with a level kit. Wonder if that would clear the UCAs?
I would look like a beast if you can pull if off. Post pics!
What width and back spacing/offset are you running?
That does not look stock to me. Is your rig used?
In any case, remove the screw and see what it does. It looks like you are rubbing the wheel well, so you may need to trim the bottom front valence, drill holes in the wheel liner and reconnect to the trimmed valence.
Refer to the manual. As I recall that amount of service is recommended at 60k. The engine oil, transfer case, and front/rear diffs are easy to do and reduces the cost by quite a bit. I opted to have them do the coolant and tranny flush.
Also if you take if off-road, you need to take into account suspension flex. This will become apparent when you hear the wheel liners "complain" while playing in the dirt :doh2:.
The attached shows trimming I did (the red lines) to fit 33s with CCM kit. This was about 2 inches. I think the original pic was from someone trying to fit larger width tires (305s?), but at that size they also needed to remove the side steps.
Yeah I tried it when I first got the truck in 2007 and logged mileage. I got 11.24 mpgs (vs ~17 mpg city stock) and it was only a $1 cheaper so it was not worth it $/mile.
On a side note, I have been trying non-ethanol fuel and gained from 2 to 3 mpgs.
The Z71s "offroad" package has less room at the front wheel wells because of the front bumper caps. Yeah go figure :wtf2:.
I ran that way for a little while. It looked funny but not that bad.
I will measure mine when I get back from travel next week. But just from memory, my front was close to 40" with a 2.5" front level kit. The rear was a little higher with 1" rear spacer and air bags.
Just to give you an idea, I have 285/65/18s and had to trim a good 2 inches from the front...
Yeah I thought that was the case also. I was just at the local dealership and all the new Z71s had ATs.
IMO 275/65/18s on stock wheels will be really close, not much room with the Z71 front valance caps. Level kits do not alleviate the rubbing issue. It might be ok when installed, but once...
Actually I take that back. If you were doing that combo, I would set the Bilsteins to the max lift and add a spacer to get to the height you want (but <2.5"). This is because the Bilstein 5100s will provide better up travel and will not top out compared to spacer lifts.
I recall others have...
It looks like fitting into your garage is the limiting factor. I have a 6 ft 10 in high garage door opening and I have about 2 inches of space between the top of the roof rack cross member and the top of the garage opening. I only have a 2.5 in front and 1 in rear level kit with 285/65/18s...
I will take a look tonight. But from memory the Husky's have a little collector to contain any fluids so it overlaps. IMO Weathertechs should have tighter tolerances than the Husky's.
FYI those are leveling struts and only for the front. The rear are shocks with extended travel and do not provide any lift.

I thought the downward travel issue was due to strut extension spacers or...
Do a swing radius check (or have the tire shop) to evaluate potential tire rub. The Z71 wheel wells are pretty restrictive and I would guess you will need to trim in any case.
